Like many that are reading this, I “had” an issue with my basement main cleanout and drainpipe being rotted (cast iron) causing clogs. I had a few other plumbers (popular/well rated) tell me that they would have to dig out all my drainpipe and install new – in my finished basement – which is a costly project I have been dreading for years. Looking for alternatives I found Ready Jetter and based on their stellar reviews I decided to reach out. Kevin (owner) was super kind and professional and told me there were other options to the full dig-and-replace everyone else was selling and that he would come take a look. After a quick assessment he determined he’d only need to dig out the rotted cleanout section (less than 2’x2’ area) and that the drainpipe (40’) was repairable by relining with no digging! His estimate was very fair, so I booked him on the spot. A few days later he did exactly what he said he would do and within a day’s work had everything replaced, relined, and like new again with a video to prove it.
